-[* red] The easiest way to remove the ports is by using pliers and extracting them from the board. Make sure not to wiggle the component as it may damage nearby chips and capacitors. The red markers indicate the four contact points of the power port.
+[* red] To remove the charging port grasp the port with a pair of pliers and use a soldering iron to desolder the joints at the red marks while carefully pulling away with the pliers.
