CPU update from i3 to i5 without Mainboard change
hello ,
can i exchange a i3 cpu to a i5 or i7 cpu without a mainboard change?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Yes - but, not just any old CPU, because of EFI support it would have to be one of the upgrade possibilites offered by Apple. e.g. you could go from 3.02Ghz to 3.2Ghz but not a speed Apple never offered.
Only you can determine if the time and cost is worthwhile compared to selling the working machine and using that money and the money you'd put into upgrade towards a new box.

please keep this updated i am interested in this as well and need to know exactly if any cpu i could use or one that others have tested.
