broken screen on nook tablet need correct replacement part

How do I figure out what to order for my nook tablet broken screen? It still functions, the touch screen is still working but it's cracked/shattered. I've seen a lot of parts online but do not know which one to order. I can feel the cracks on the surface of the screen.

Please help me figure out what to order. My IT person at work is willing to help me fix it but I need to figure out what parts to order for him. A part number or link for the correct part would be a great help. I'm finding lots of things on Ebay and other websites but just don't know which is the correct one for my Nook Tablet BNTV250
