Won't start, no lights in power ring, battery in or out?
My PowerBook G4 /500 Titanium M5884 (EMC 1854) M7710LL/A won't start. Power adapter ring shows no lights w/battery in or out.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

The light verifies a ground, and good contact to the DC in board. If you can verify that the power supply is not damaged a replacement DC in board would be the other thing to do.

Do you have access to a second charger? The plug often breaks down on these. What does the battery checker say? Is one LED blinking?
