Where can I find a replacement for the Bluetooth Flex?

Hi there,

I am looking for a replacement Bluetooth antenna for the iPod Nano 7th gen, I cannot seem to find this part anywhere!

Would it be possible to use a similar part from another device or does anybody know of any suppliers in the UK or preferably Europe?
