I have a Pontiac Sunfire 2004 2.2 engine. The motor cranks over but will not start had a new gas pump put in the tank new fuse under the hood put in for the fule pump,inline filter put in, ran good for a good 3 days , now it turn over but wont start.

Could be injector pressure regulator, injectors, controller board. Trouble codes from the engine may point to the trouble . Pull the oil dipstick and look for moisture (sign of a blown head-gasket).

It’s in the wiring for the fuel pump! Under the hood pull fuel pump relay and plug back in! Should start!

There are so many possible things wrong. Pulling and putting back a relay may work in very limited cases, but if so this shows the relay to be faulty and sticking internally so it should be replaced. Could also be actual fuel pump failure, fuel pressure regulator, injectors, or a number of other things. Engine codes would narrow it down, as would other tests. You just don't know until you start checking.

yes have good spark in all plugs
