There is jarring noise and unpleasant vibrations on the speakers,i tried to adjust the equalizer not very successful what should I do kindly guide me thank you

To check your speaker balance open the Sound control, then click on output button. Highlight the internal speakers to select them and then just below you will find the balance slider.
It should normally be in the middle. You can try moving it to one side to see if one speaker is having a problem then try the other, is there any difference?
You can also lower the volume so your are not over-saturating the speakers as the laptop speakers can't be driven at full volume in some music & movies.

This was helpful, I found out my left speaker is vibrating but my right one is ok. How do I get the left speaker fixed? Is it major?

Are you sure it's coming from the speakers? Often a high pitch noise is the bearings of the HD or fan. Is the sound present as you start the system or does it come and go as you use your system (without running an app that uses the speaker). Try using a set of headphones does it go away when you plug them in? And do you hear the noise in the headphones? Does the music sound OK though the headphones?

jarring is heard when we start the system,music is good when i changed the equalizer to the auto mode.

Define what you mean by jarring please? Are you hearing a buzzing/humming noise? I'm confused here, the equalizer shouldn't have any effect. Check your balance setting, are you pushing one speaker Vs both. Also did you plug in a set of headphones and did the problem go away when you start the system or do you hear it in the headphones?

It is not buzzing or humming it is a similar to a vibration on a tin,procedure to complete the balance setting please explain

i do not headphones,this is a remote area in INDIA,if at all i order it it may take a few days since apple products are not available off the shelf
