replacing clutch cover, what parts are needed?

My screen was bent too far backwards and bent the clutch cover. There appear to be plastic stays that hold the hinges in place. The plastic parts at the end of the clutch cover disappeared so I am not sure how many parts I lost. I am assuming I just need to replace the bent clutch cover but I don't see the plastic parts. Are they with the antenna cover?

To completely replace what was damaged (my hinges appear fine) what parts do I need?

I know i need the clutch cover, do I need the antenna cover, are there other parts I am missing?

Ideas?
