So i was trying to replace a broken battery and everything went perfect but when i tried to solder the new battery on i saw that the middle solder pad was gone so my question is do i need the middle one and if i do is there any way to reatache it to the motherboard?

juraj, rest assured you are not the only one that this happens to. Check on here and read through this one. For the repair, there is an epoxy that could be used to rebuild solder pads. Something like this should work. Or you could try to repair the pads by soldering to the traces. Check on here for more information. Hope this helps, good luck
