My racing wheel is not responding in game.

I have a Thrustmaster Force Feedback Pro Clutch RGT which worked on my pc a while ago until I wanted to use it again. I managed to set it up and calibrate but until I entered one of my games, there is no response its as if there was no wheel in the first place this is the case with all my racing games and all the drivers are fully installed and up to date. I have confirmed its my pc as i tested it with another pc and it works perfectly (I cannot use the other pc regularly) Im not sure what to do after hours and days of research nobody has given me a reply on any forums, Thank you.
