I have just changed the bezel to a gold one, now during calls I can not hear the caller. They hear me fine, if I activate the loudspeaker I can hear them clearly, please advise how I put this right. Thank you

You probably broke or disconnected the earpiece speaker. You need to check the speaker. If it's broken, you will need to replace it.
