I had a dead ibook. You guys came to the conclusion that the
logic board was fried. I looked into replacing it and decided
it would be easier to find the same model with a dead hard drive and put mine in. I did this, it(the new computer) boots and then tells me to do a restart. why? and more to the point how do I fix it?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

THe computer you bought has a hardware/software problem (you're seeing what's called a kernel panic).
If you can boot to the OEM disks and run AHT you might find out which problem you have.
