Urgent 4 Help! 2 iPhone5's Constantly vibrating & Has black screen

I am a repair facility & I have changed iPhone Sceens Hundreds of times, but this time I m stumped.

iPhone 5 Worked Great when it came in, Just needed the cracked screen replaced... which I did hundreds of Times before.. The screen did not turn on and it vibrated constantly... Neither a hard reboot, Pulling the battery for a few mintues, or even a new battery did not work either... So I Needed to test the screen in MY Own Personal iPhone 5 & it did the same on MY phone, but when I put back on My Original Working LCD, It Did The Same Thing Now As The New Black Screen Did,,,

I am Thinking The New Screen is really a refurbished screen as it smells burn, but neither phone will work on 3 other NEW Lcds..

Both Phones Vibrate every 4 seconds & The Display Does Not Work at All Now I Have a Customers Phone & My Own Personal Phone DEAD and Can NOT be seen by iTunes...

Please Help ASAP If You Can... Thank You In Advance..

I have encountered this same issue. The iPhone 5 suddenly went out and I replaced the battery and it worked for a couple days. This happened again and now the front assembly is not working. The only work done to the device before this started happening was that the power button and the dock connector were replaced.

I put a new screen in the device and now it works but the device is still cutting off every 15 minutes. I noticed that it cuts off when I plug certain chargers in the device but I am still not sure what is causing this. I have tried multiple batteries so next I am going to go through and change the dock and the power button flex.
