Need schematic of motherboard

I am having issues with my Wii Console RVL-001. it does not spin the disc. the laser does not move. no audio or video output. Does turn on power light and works to put a disc in and eject it. Cables are good verified with another wii. Have no power at U4 Regulator on Motherboard. Wondering if anyone has a schematic so I can do further testing? Thanks
