How to import .mbox folder in Outlook 2011?

How can I import .mboc file extension folder in Ms Outlook 2011. I have recently installed office 2011 in my mac and wznt to transfer all the emails from apple mail to outlook 2011. I have exported the emails from apple mail as .mbox folder but in outlook 2011 there is no option to import the .mbox folder.

And by mistake I have deleted all the emails from the server as I was using Imap account. The emails are my whole life's work, and dont want to loose at any cost. Loosing any of the email would cost me loose my clients.

Please help me to find the solution to transfer the .mbox folder in outlook 2011.

You can use " MBOX converter" for both Mac & Windows which not only converts MBOX to PST but also to EML, MSG, NSF.
