Why does this phone reset itself every couple minutes?

I just repaired the LCD/Digitizer on this phone and it seemed to go without a hitch, I turned the phone back on and after every 2-3 minutes it resets itself and comes back on, and repeats... This isn't the first time I've had a Razr do this, this is the second time to be exact out of 3 razr's that i've done... The only difference is that the two that have failed had broken lcd/digitizers, the other one just had broken outer glass. But each were replaced with an LCD / Digitizer assembly... My customer is NOT happy about this and I speculated that perhaps the fall caused more damage than just the LCD/Digitizer... Any help?
