It sounds like an alias that has lost it's link. Go to the orginal and make a new short cut and replace the old one.

I'm updating my XO right now and I"m connected to my home wifi and the only one that is lit up is the far left one, the one that is the circle with the two( ) around it is not lit up. Is your wireless connecting you to the internet, if so what seems to be the problem.
