hello, when i turn my iPod on it shows only apply logo and i cant even turn it off can u please help me to fix it if possible thanks

First thing would be to do a hard reset. If that doesn't help reset the iPod and then press the buttons to set it to "disk mode", that might need a couple of tries. Don't give up to fast, once i needed 15 tries to get it into "disk mode".
In "disk mode" iTunes will recognize your iPod an you can restore it via iTunes.
