Why after replacing the touch panel glass I got multicolored lines

I have a Asus Transformer Pad TF300t. I replaced cracked touch panel glass yesterday and after replacing i don't see any display only when press power button only multicolored lines display, and i see lcd on one side is crack.

Einstellungen

The LCD panel is damaged and must be replaced. The multicolored lines cannot be repaired, the entire LCD unit must be replaced.

The pad actually fell down and screen got cracked and when i touched it was not responding and i just replaced the glass because that time it was not looked cracked.
