Won't power on at all

Have an AT&T iPhone 5 that turned off on a low battery and won't come back on. Sent it in for repair at our insurance/warranty center and came back working with a brand new battery. Same thing happened, again a few days later. Put a new battery in ourselves and still no power at all. Solutions anyone? No water damage, it's not shorted out, and no obvious internal damage at all.

Hi I have seen iPhones in the past that when the battery dies it's not able to recharge up..

Look for pry damage on the motherboard
