Is MBA early 2014 keyboard compatible with the 2012/2013 models?
I want to replace the key caps of the keyboard. Are they the same?

You mean swap the keys themselves - not the entire keyboard. (Unless you're masochistic you don't want to do just a keyboard swap). Yes
