Why won't Alcatel One Touch Fierce Phone charge after teardown?

hey i have problem with my phone and i don;t know what to do when i true the power it said T-Mobile and it just stay like that

The charging port and mic is in the same part, either you didnt connect it properly, or the part broke.

I was so !#^&@@ because i took a bottle of water to school so i dont need to pay at school then my friend told me ay Immanuel your bag is leaking and i was praying that my phone would not be broke but wheni reached into my bag it had water in it it keeps coming on just saying the thing and stays like im not sure what to do now!!!! :(

Copy and share your contacts ,photos, such preferably to the cloud but Google Drive works just as well make sure you backup all your data send those backups off of your phone onto the cloud or something it's not internal make sure you sign out of all your accounts choose the option for Google app restore and then do a hard factory reset and that should do the trick f.y.I when you do to reset it's going to wipe all the data from your phone so it's going to be like you just opened out of the box so you're going to have to set it all up again but at the same time that's why you saved and backed up all your data and photos and things so once you get through the first tutorial real quick Google account setup real quick
