Can You Identify This Small Part?

I was replacing my LCD Screen then after assembling the new screen I had to put the screws back. the problem is I tried to put a screw in the wrong spot and when I noticed that a small piece of metal came off with the screw. If you do know it, could you please let me know how to put it back in it's place.

That's part of the WiFi antenna/display connector cover:

iPhone 4 Wi-Fi Antenna (GSM/AT&T)

It's from the top center screw hole, the one with the really long screw. It's actually very important...without it, WiFi reception on the phone will be very weak. It's a bit tough to describe in words how to put it back, but it may become more obvious now that you know where it came from. Something else that might help...you will see a gold contact on the motherboard that corresponds with where the left side of the part in your picture will rest once put back into place and the WiFi antenna screwed back down.
