No touch response but the lock and Home button does!

So I have the 5c and I can not do anything as far as unlocking it with my pin, I can't slide it to turn it off, or anything with the touch thing. It seems like the home button works and the lock button works but no response from the touch screen.

Was this the result of a drop?

If so check the connectors unplug them and reconnect them if you still have no touch then the digatizer is faulty and you need a new display
