DVD not recognized in FileExplorer

The dvd drive is not recognized in the file explorer, but in programs like VLC media player it is found but it will not pick up the volume name and will therefore not play the disc.

Any help would be appreciated.

take the drive out, blow the connector, put it back in, see if it works ;)
