Still, the question is more-or-less valid.
iFixit does sell "liberation kits" for iPhone 4 and 5's:

[verlinktes Produkt fehlt oder ist deaktiviert: IF118-023-2]
But, as near as I can tell, there are no plans to roll out a liberation kit that replaces the pentalobe P5 screws on the chassis of the Retina Macbook Pro with identical Phillips-head screws.
Not sure why, as this would be nice to have.
