There are several things that can cause this. You could have a loose wifi board, it could be a bad bottom lcd or digitizer or something else.
I would start by checking the wifi board to make sure it's not loose. I would also make sure there is nothing else loose and if everything looked good I would try a new bottom lcd & digitizer.
Unfortunately there is no for sure answer on this on until you get it opened up and start trying things.
