2 A file imported will not display?
A file imported or dragged into the Reader for PC or Reader for Mac software does not display in the software.

When you import a file such as an image or picture into the Reader™ for PC or Reader™ for Mac® software, it is placed into the My Library section and under the tab for the type of file it is. The next time you sync your Reader Digital Book, it will be imported onto your Reader Device (provided the content category is selected to synchronize) .
