i want to conect the repeater to my home internet to extend the wireless connection to other rooms..i have 2wire modem on the 2wire modem show up the repeater but is sais is of. and I want to the repeater address for the firmware to config and can find no servers to connect...

Can you give us a bit more here. Like who's gear do you have and how do you plan to interconnect the second WiFi AP to your primary AP (wired or wirelessly).
