2 Why does my phone have no audio?
I left my phone at the bottom of my bag where it took up dust. How there is no audio, with or without the headphones plugged in.

i had the issue and i got it fixed i hope this will help others too . just restart the phone and see if any application is blocking the sound . see the sound settings and check if there is any phone software is available for more steps Guide~Fix Sound In Phone witbout Reset see if this take care of your problem

I solved the problem. If the audio and sound are not working with your phone, there are a few possibilities that may be causing this. The easiest solution to this would be turning the volume up using the volume buttons on the upper left side of the phone. If the phone was muted then that would explain why the audio and sound were not playing. If this does not work and the volume was already turned up, you should reboot your phone. If neither of these fix the audio problem with your phone, then the speaker is most likely broken and you should refer to the link on how to replace your speaker.

Rebooting the phone is the best answer. First, you can check your ringtone if the speaker is working. After rebooting your phone, still nothing happens, the speaker might be malfunctioning.
