Replaced battery on iPhone 5 but shuts off when there's charge? Help

Hello I replaced the battery on my 2 iPhones using replacebase batteries (said to be genuine - look at website). My phones turned on but shuts down at 30%? So I thought they needed calibrating so I restored them and chargd to 100% and now I am letting them discharge to 0%. One is working fine atm - slower losing charge. However the other one is on 16% and turned off then when back on it was on 13% then down to 1% so I have put on charge and has turned on after about 20mins and is now on 16% slower increasing while in charer.
