Screen black out after signing in

The laptop is on and all the flash light showed power on. Then it lead me to the sign in page which is normal. Then after signing in, it should be jump to the desktop but it didn't. It continue black out but I see the arrow moving without lag and I can still see McFree notification at the bottom without failure.

P/s: I was downloading Microsoft office online before this happen. I click the button reboot when the pop up of finish installation.

Hi,

You can try to repair Windows from the Troubleshoot menu. To enter this menu you will need Recovery drive. How to do this, you can see in this video:

Try first with "Automatic repair" or "System restore".

Finely you can made "Refresh your PC". ds.This will safe your personal data but will remove all installed applications.

As you said you were downloading the Microsoft Office online maybe a virus has attacked your computer system leading to corruption of data. There are various manual methods available but they wont provide you a solution in case of severe corruption.For this you have to resort to various third party software's which are easy to install and have shown good results. If you are a bit confused regarding selection then I would first recommend you using Windows data Recovery by SysInfoTools . There are others also available like stellerinfo and kernel but since I have personally used SysInfo and it worked fantastically well I recommend you to first try it out and later look for other options
