My iPhones is locked to emergency call only
I phone was to dowload itunes and was unplugged to take a picture and it locked to emeregency calls only what do i do?

Put it in recovery mode and restore it. The issue in your case is a traditional recovery will not work. In addition, if it’s an iOS7+ device, it will require you to enter your iCloud account information again. This is not a problem on iOS 1-6 devices.
Refer to this guide to do a recovery mode restore to the phone.

this didn't help. Still says emergency calls only????
My phone was purchased in sept. Can I send it somewhere to get fixed?
