Infra red part doesn't work anymore.

Hello ifixers,

I have a old Apple tv first generation but he doesn't respons to my Apple Remote anymore.

Also tried another remote, but no succes.

What can i do?

Can i replace specific the IR cable from the Apple TV 1?
