My A1184 macbook only works with the power adapter connected.
And the battery sign on the bar shows that there's no battery usable.
Probably it means I need to replace the battery.
So I've been trying to buy a replacement battery.
Q1. Can I buy this on the link below?
(my macbook is A1184, but the battery on the link below is for A1181)

The battery number has no relationship to the model number of your Mac. In your case they are coincidentally close.
You may have transposed your numbers, The A1181 is a number for 17 different 13" MacBooks.
If you give us the last three figures of your serial number we can get you to the correct battery for your machine.
