No texts can be sent
I can receive but not send texts. AT&T says new SIM card will solve this problem. True or false?

1. Check the sms centre number in your sim card
2. Check the application permission in your phone : go to setting- apps - select sms app - check the permission and grant the permission
3. if above 2 not work you should have to do sim replacement
