I want to replace my Phone Camera it is not working

i am from India

And before 2 month i have purchased Note 4 from my dubai friend it has international warrenty but bcoz of some reason my camera has damaged and it is not working nobody from samsung gallery ready to replace camera bcoz internation warrenty is not valid in india

so i want to order new original camera for that

please suggest me what to do? how can i order new camera from samsung

please help
