Why aren't the keys working?

If the keys are not responding when you push them, there is a good chance that the keys are grimy and something is blocking them. You will need to remove the keys and clean them, allowing for them to be pushed so they can respond. Also, if your key is cracked or broken in any way, you may need to replace the key itself. You can order parts for this camera from the Olympus website. When taking apart and cleaning your camera, use a gentle cleaner and water, and make sure to dry it.
