1 Why isn’t my laptop working properly?
I can get my laptop to turn on, but it doesn’t load the operating system and won’t let me log in. Any advice?

Hello Aaron,
There are a number of problems that could be causing this to happen: a corrupted hard drive, corrupted memory, or a bad motherboard. For help on figuring out which one it is, refer to this troubleshooting page.
