How to reset the cartridge HP 930C

hi, im from argentina, i have the HP Deskjet 930C, i refill the cartridge but the printer not recognize it, still the light NOT TINT, how can i reset the HP or flash the cartbridge to make that the printer recognize the cartridge? please help me.
