dishonored "notice tried the way of the rice" does not do anything. Rice does not work and does not prevent corrosion, will not remove the water and will only give you a false sense of hope. You will have to totally disassemble your phone, this guide may help. Then you need to clean all the parts with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. This includes all connectors, cables and logic board. Check for corrosion and/or missing parts. Once it is cleaned properly, replace the battery reassemble and re-evaluate.
