Why won't my iPhone 5c allow me to unlock it?

Ok so, a few hours ago I was out of the house(I do not have any data or wifi outside of my house) and I dropped my iPhone 5c on a hard ground and the drop was really hard. So I pick up my phone and try to move it and nothing happens. I have the assistive touch on my phone and it won't allow me to move that either. When I got home it would not let me connect to thesis I and whenever I get home my phone automatically connects to the wifi. I tried resetting and restarting it and nothing happened. What should I do?
