Does the headphone jack work?
Maybe the battery won't charge because something is wrong in the dock assembly. You can check if that could be the problem buy plugging in earphones. If they work there it's probably the battery. If they don't you can check if the flex cable is still connected, otherwise you might need te replace the dock assembly.
Does it charge with the old battery?

Yes my old battery work but not work my new battery , I think my new battery problem , I send message support iFixit maybe will change.
