My airbag light is on and my horn does not work, they both failed at the same time,

Sounds like you need to replace the clock spring Its the wire harness that keeps your wires conected as you turn the steering wheel.

It's the clock spring I figured it out after i reset my dash lights three times and it illuminating my airbag light..
