iPhone 5 fixed, but battery loose

My friend that I repaired her iphone for has a problem which is rather annoying.

Every 1-3 days her battery is disconnected from the board.

Reason for this is that the company she brought her phone to before has removed these plates:

and never placed them back. also the battery seems to have quite some space between the sides and I have no idea on how to solve this issue. are these parts also in the shop? or anything that can hold the battery in place?

To fix the loose battery problem you should buy the shield and put it on or take it to repair shop and let them put it on for you.

As for the space with the battery as long as it charges and powers on the phone I would not worry about it. The shield is the best way to keep the battery in place.
