I'm amusing that your looking for the flashlight if that's the case swipe up from the bottom of the screen and it will be the first icon on the left on the screen that comes up from the bottom. If its not the light your looking for could you please be more specific

The backlight is integrated to the display layers. The display is a single block that is beneath the digitizer. And the digitizers is also known as touch screen.
The backlight is the main agent that lights up the layer on which we are able to view stuff displayed.
