during the washing cycle at some point my customer showed me that their washing machine had water underneath the machine. What would be causing this leak?
It isn't the drain or the water supply where one would assume the leak to be?

Barry Haddow, it could come from the drain line from the tub to the pump or from the pump to the actual drain. Also check the pump filter housing.
