phone does not work the screen is frozen and when i turn the phone on the boost mobile logo does not show up but instead the words zte show up in blue then the home screen shows up but is completly frozen what should i do necause i already reset the phone and nothing seems to work please help me.

If a reset didnt fix it, my best guess would be to take it to a service center and let them take a look at it. If your tech savvy, installing a new operating system on it might help.
