Hey, i am having the same issue all the time. When i glue a lcd or glass on the frame it doesnt hold enough and then it is like that:

What should i do? What tape should i use?

Hi,
Your best bet is to actually purchase the pre cut adhesive, not only is this extremely strong, as you can usually get the original stuff that's used to hold it down, it is also quite easy to fit without mistakes.
I first tried doing it with my own double sided adhesive at first, but wasn't getting it to sit as flushly as I wanted, I then started buying the pre cut adhesives for the Xperias, and my repairs went way smoother! As an added plus, although not guaranteed, it will be more water resistant than trying to use your own adhesive. :-)

Have you tried applying a little bit of heat around the screen? Sometimes this will help to make the tape stickier. Just add pressure and slowly work your way around the screen applying heat as you go.
