After ten seconds my power button on the console turns red

When I turn on the xbox the power supply turns green and stays green, but the button on the console goes on green and after 10 seconds turns solid red. At first I thought it was the fan since it wasn't spinning, so I replaced it and the fan works, but still console button is turning red and not working what could the problem be?

It could be the southbridge or the Gpu/CPU needs reflowed. Try reflowing the Gpu/CPU and the southbridge. Most the red dot is caused by a cold solder joint. Most I repaired was the south bridge.

What is the southbridge? And how do you reflow the CPU, southbridge.
